a. General Shipping Guidelines : Shipping Guideline:

While shipping from Bangladesh, customs clearance will depend on the category of the good you are shipping. Your shipment can be categorized as :
� Documents, which do not have any commercial value.
� Non-document dutiable goods, which carries commercial value.
� Shipments of Documents, which do not have any commercial value requires only fully completed Omex International Air Waybill.
Shipment of non-document dutiable goods, which carries commercial value, requires following documents (known as customs paperwork) are essential to dispatch your valuables in case of Non-Documents/Parcel worldwide. Therefore you are requested to provide such documents:

Freight Mode Exports & Import:
� Declaration in Letterhead Pad
� Invoice in Letterhead Pad (3 Copies)
� Packing List (3 Copies)
� Own Packaging
� Indicate accurate Weight
� IRC for Import
� ERC for Export
� VAT Certificate
b. Banned Commodities - All Services :
The following commodities are banned on ALL services by Omex International:
� Currency
� Postal Articles
� Original Passport
� Philately Items
� Pornography
� Bullion
� Drugs and Narcotics (Illegal)
� Firearms, parts thereof and ammunition
� Precious & Semi-Precious Items
� Radioactive Material
� Commodities banned by Law at any given time without prior notice
� All IATA Restricted Items and Dangerous goods
c. Additionally:
� Any shipment which would be likely to cause damage, or delay to equipment, personnel or other shipments
� Any shipment which may require the carrier to obtain a license for its transportation
� Any item whose carriage is prohibited by any law, statute or regulations of the country of origin or destination, or of any country through which the shipment may transit.
d.Right Of Inspection:
You agree that we or any governmental authority including customs may open and inspect your shipment at any time and take any action considered necessary in relation to the Goods if we (or any governmental authorities) consider the need to verify the condition, nature, ownership or destination of the Goods or if we (or any governmental authorities) consider the shipment may contain prohibited items or dangerous goods.
